To change blades:

1. - Open shears, holding pivot point firmly.
2. - With cutting edges facing away from you, carefully grasp ribbed portion of the old blade and gently slide off.
3. - Grasp ribbed portion of the new blade and carefully slide onto the shears until it snaps into place.
4. - Rotate shears and repeat procedure.
