7 1/2" Vertical Lift, rated for 400 pounds capacity. 3-Year warranty on. Baseplate is stationary and everything above baseplate rotates with chair.

Foot-actuated Locking Brake, up-down pedal control, and on-off switch, Heavy chrome baseplate.

Rotates 358 degrees, from 12:00 o'clock to 11:59, but does not go around & around.

115 volts, 1450 watts. Factory recommends 20 amp electrical service.
